The Hollywood Double Room provided a great space with comfortable beds. I especially loved the balcony, which had a table and chairs offering a lovely view. The pool area was enjoyable, and the hot tub's relaxing atmosphere added to my stay. Staff members were professional and very helpful. However, parking was a bit tricky late at night, and the hot tub had slippery new paint, so be careful when entering. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, but some facilities could use updates.

The heater is difficult to adjust. it turns off unexpectedly, resulting in fluctuations in temperature. Additionally, we were forced to wait until after 7am to retrieve our car from the basement, which completely messed up our early morning plans!!!

The room service was prompt and attentive! The location offered a beautiful sea view and was close to popular shopping spots. The parking staff was extremely helpful, ensuring that we always found a suitable spot for our large vehicle.
Dining options nearby were somewhat limited at night.
